Coming off the launch of Chase Sapphire, we were tasked with achieving customer retention following the one year mark of the card’s release (and the end of the lucrative signup bonus).

We introduced Sapphire Six, a series of restaurant guides hosted by Chase Sapphire based on places Sapphire card members visited most.

We produced videos and static assets for social & CTV spots to promote each city-centric guide (Seattle, New York City, etc).

The guides were hosted on Chase’s site and amplified using a mix of organic and paid tactics, resulting inmillions of views and a 70%+ retention rate in the first year alone.
